was thinking about getting the roland td-3kw electronic set, but then i saw packages such as basic pads + stand but with modules such as td-3kw module or td-6 module with it.
Now, the Roland TD-3KW kit itself is around £650, the combined ones about 400-500 pounds - is it worth buying module and pads/stand for the cheaper result or just the kit itself

yes and no, ive had 2 lessons lol, guy says i got a knack for it tho so looks hopefull. I need a electronic one that i wont need to change, thought about yamaha dtxplorer but it aint mesh heads and then looked at roland ones, cheapest they do it the td3-kw. Looked at some demos and must say the roland appeal more, the sounds just seem so much better than yamaha.
So... combined or just pure roland kit - Theres always gonna be a better kit, but in this scenario, whats my best option?

u have playing then u have hitting, theres a difference... all though once u can successfully play 3or4 (double or single bass) different beats and swap them over u can pretty much play anythuing on the drums!
